medisr — Medical Statistics using R

A companion toolbox for the educational purpose of learning and teaching medical statistics using R.

The goal of medisr is to provide tools we will be using throughout the course Medical Statistics.

Installation

You can install the development version of medisr like so:

# Install 'medisr' in R:
install.packages('medisr', repos = c('https://danmazjen.r-universe.dev', 'https://cloud.r-project.org'))

Example usage

library(medisr)
medisr_install_packages() # install all required packages

medisr_init_project() # initialise a standardized project structure

data(hd_data) # fetches a dataset exploring heart disease

# Now you can start exploring using R:
